Exterior Car Detail – What to Expect

Recommended for cars with dull color and moderate to severe scratches / oxidation of the exterior. Your car will have a complete exterior car wash by hand. Don’t worry, this includes the wheels/wells and tires. Everyday gunk that is picked up on the car surface is removed. Standard practice in the industry is to use a clay bar on all paint surfaces. We compound any scratches off the exterior of the paint and polish exterior of car to prepare for polish. In Great Detail goes the extra mile by applying a SECOND polish with the proper pad and product to provide the “depth of color” and to remove any swirl marks. Our expertise in combination of tools and high speed polishing can bring back the beauty of your vehicles color and shine. If your vehicle has chrome it is also polished and the rubber is cleaned. Tires are dressed for shine and perhaps, extra speed. Finally, we apply a 100% carnauba wax or synthetic paint sealant. All windows are cleaned for a smudge-free clean.
